Woodhead Farm Cottage is a beautiful and spacious property surrounded by stunning rural landscapes. As a group of mixed ages, it had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the owners have been so attentive (even helping us recover our childâ??s toy we had accidentally left). We would definitely recommend.

Excellent property in a secluded area with only the sounds of the countryside to be heardâ?¦..with the exception of our grandchildren enjoying spending time in the enclosed garden. Cottage was well equipped for our party of 8 adults and two small children. Trips to the coast within 30-40 minute drive and beautiful countryside walks. Comfy beds and plenty of space for the whole family to chill for the week. We loved every minute and being alongside a working farm meant the children could get up close to chickens, cows and sheep.

The cottage was very comfortable and beautifully fitted out. It is quite remote, but ideal for fit walkers. We booked it for a family reunion to bring together my brother from Australia, myself, my daughter and grandaughter from Spain, our stepsister from Derbyshire and our cousins, who are more local and we really had a grand time. The cooking arrangements were perfect, the TV room ideal for chilling out, Plenty of games were available and some of the party really enjoyed the pool table. The beds were comfortable and in all the decor was delightful. Thankyou for a super stay!

A very lovely property with outstanding views in a beautiful setting, and a lot of thought given by the owners to comfort and facilities, as well as all the quality ornaments and decorative touches which made the cottage a real home, rather than a "rental". The cottage is spacious, yet always warm and cosy in mid-winter. The living-room seating is ideal for a large group to relax and chat, or watch tv. Everything was excellent, and we (party of 9) enjoyed a wonderful week. Our sincere thanks to owners Len and Sarah Gray.
