The setting is genuinely special. You're on the edge of the North York Moors National Park with walking trails passing right by the property. It's quiet but not remote.

Inside, the ground floor has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with an electric woodburner, large arched windows and glass doors opening onto the garden. There are 4 bedrooms: a ground floor double, a first floor kingsize with en-suite shower room, a first floor double and a twin room. Two bathrooms plus a separate ground floor WC serve the group well.

Whitby Abbey and the 199 Steps are minutes away. Robin Hood's Bay (6 miles), Staithes and Runswick Bay are all within easy reach for coastal days out.
